Job Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-quality buyers of tokenized products across private wealth, institutional allocators, and onchain capital pools. Leverage an existing network of family offices, asset managers, crypto-native funds, and digital asset treasuries to drive AUM into exciting and unique upcoming product launches.
- Develop strategic relationships with exchanges, custodians, infrastructure providers, and Web3 protocols to expand distribution reach; owning the full deal lifecycle of origination through to execution. Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to bring new tokenized offerings to market in a secure and scalable way.
- You will contribute towards investor education, sales support and product solutioning, in order to help drive new revenue opportunities across issuers and distribution partners in the APAC region and beyond. Additionally, you will represent Marketnode at industry events, roundtables, and private forums to help strengthen our brand, as Asia’s preferred end-to-end tokenization engine of choice.
- Proven track record of closing deals in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital assets / Web3 / capital markets. A deep and active network in the flow of Web3 capital. Ability to bridge traditional finance and Web3, with a focus on ensuring clients receive exceptional experiences throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Strong commercial understanding of tokenization, RWAs, and onchain distribution models. Ability to gather client intel and interpret market trends to support the development of new product offerings/inform distribution strategy, whilst keeping abreast of the evolving competitor landscape.
- Intensely driven and entrepreneurial candidates are encouraged to apply. Asian language skills and experience with CRM tools are a plus but not essential. An individual with strong communication skills, sharp commercial instincts and prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
