Senior Manager, Business Strategy, PMO & AI Transformation

We are partnering with a well-established organisation that is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy, PMO & AI Transformation to support strategic transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and AI-driven business planning functions.

This role works closely with senior leadership and will play a key role in driving strategy execution, PMO governance, stakeholder alignment, operational excellence, and AI/automation adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with senior leadership to define and drive divisional strategy and roadmap
• Lead PMO functions, including project governance, tracking, reporting, and risk management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, finance, and business teams
• Support board reporting, strategic presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management
• Champion AI and automation initiatives across business planning and operational workflows
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI adoption, and process optimisation
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering teams to support AI-enabled decision-making capabilities

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of Project Management / PMO / Business Planning experience within medium-to-large-scale environments
• Strong exposure to transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, tech stack integration, or security enablement
• Hands-on understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, or modern delivery methodologies
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, workflow automation, or GenAI use cases within business operations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or business analytics platforms would be advantageous
• PMP / CITPM certifications are highly preferred
