.NET Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Software Engineer with experience in .NET application development and maintenance for financial systems. Supports legacy applications, fixes issues, and delivers enhancements across applications and databases in Agile environments following secure coding practices.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar software development role;
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core;
• Strong experience in building and supporting Windows Forms applications and related backend services;
• Proficient in deploying, configuring, and managing web applications on IIS;
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including data modelling, query development, and performance tuning;
• Good understanding of Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices;
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments with focus on stability, security, and performance;
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms for deployment and automation;
• Experience in application monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow secure coding practices (OWASP) and internal coding standards;
• Fix bugs, defects, and functional issues in legacy applications;
• Implement small to medium enhancements and change requests;
• Resolve data issues in underlying databases;
• Perform patching and proactive maintenance of legacy systems;
• Work with end users to deliver effective solutions;
• Support cloud operations including monitoring, updates, and product maintenance.
