They specialize in providing businesses and private clients with international settlements, financial process optimization, and structuring custom solutions in a global environment. Their core focus is on building effective financial infrastructure for cross-border fund flows, including payments, FX operations, and payment solution architecture.

Role Overview

Join a dynamic team and take on the exciting challenge of expanding our client’s presence in the Asia-focused market. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales and building partnerships with international businesses. This is a high-impact position where you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationship management, in a rapidly growing fintech setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market.
  • Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions.
  • Conduct the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management.
  • Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes.
  • Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products.
  • Experience working with international clients and Asian markets.
  • Russian language proficiency and good English communication skills, as the role involves communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
