Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market.
- Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions.
- Conduct the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management.
- Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes.
- Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products.
- Experience working with international clients and Asian markets.
- Russian language proficiency and good English communication skills, as the role involves communication with international clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
