Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

As a Recruiter, you are the engine of our operation. You will source, interview, and hire the skilled tradespeople who build our communities. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires a mix of office-based coordination and occasionally meeting employees at job sites.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Attract, source, vet, and hire qualified candidates using our established hiring process.
- Compliance & Admin: Facilitate all hiring paperwork, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of files. Manage background checks, drug screens, and reference checks.
- Logistics & Placement: Coordinate with sales and management to ensure the right field employees are placed on the right projects.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientations and meet field employees at jobsites for their first assignments as needed.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet monthly targets, including 60 Interviews and 10+ Placements.
We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who enjoys managing people and thrives in a team environment.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: At least 4 years of dedicated recruiting or hiring experience.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and mandatory experience with HRIS platforms.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, reasoning, and leadership abilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of the construction industry or skilled trades.
