Senior Accountant

Korn Ferry is excited to partner with a long-time client with consistent year-over-year growth in their search for a Senior Accountant. Our client is a global leader in their industry and recently expanded with multiple acquisitions. The Senior Accountant will support consolidated corporate financial activities (50%) and have ownership of financials for a dedicated business unit (50%). You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting across entities, and partner with both site and corporate finance leadership to drive process improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on accountant who enjoys variety, visibility, and impact within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support consolidated financials, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Review and analyze operating expenses and identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
• Identify and implement process improvements

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment with remote leadership support
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
