In this role, you’ll champion breakthrough creative and media experiences across the full marketing ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you’ll bring big ideas to life in a way that connects deeply with audiences and moves key metrics like consideration, trial, repeat visitation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive a world-class creative process, writing sharp briefs, guiding agencies, incubating and protecting an idea from concept through to final delivery.
- Oversee media planning and execution, ensuring placements are effective, data-driven, and aligned to audience and campaign objectives.
- Set clear campaign objectives aligned to customer measures (such as awareness, consideration, perceptions) and commercial goals (such as traffic, sales, basket size).
- Partner with insights and media teams to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, track results, and optimise performance in real time.
- Report campaign outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight.
- Influence cross-functional teams such as Category, Loyalty and Retail Operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, cohesive, and commercially effective.
- Galvanize creative, media and production agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
- Advocate for creative excellence and innovative media thinking that differentiates 7-Eleven in a highly competitive category.
- Ensure all communications are audience-first, culturally relevant, and reflective of 7-Eleven’s brand values and tone of voice.
- Identify opportunities to test new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches that elevate our approach.
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or integrated campaigns, ideally in Retail and FMCG environments.
- Proven track record delivering high-impact campaigns that shift customer metrics and drive sales results.
- Strong creative judgement and experience managing agencies across creative, media, and production.
- Deep understanding of the modern media landscape across paid, owned, earned and retail environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial pragmatism.
