Role Overview
The AI Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven testing and assurance capabilities, with a strong focus on conversational AI systems (voice and chat bots), agentic workflows, and AI evaluation frameworks.
This role focuses on translating complex, real-world challenges in AI-driven customer interactions into scalable, market-leading solutions that help enterprises validate autonomous AI behavior, ensure trust, and optimize performance at scale.
You will act as a product leader, customer advocate, and cross-functional collaborator, driving measurable outcomes while advancing Cyara’s agentic CX assurance platform vision.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and evolve the product strategy aligned with Cyara’s agentic platform vision
Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap
Continuously assess market trends in LLMs, conversational AI, and autonomous agents, identifying opportunities to differentiate
Customer and Market Leadership
Engage directly with customers building AI voice and chat bots to understand real-world challenges in testing, scaling, and trust
Act as the voice of the customer, translating issues like:
Silent failures in conversations
Multi-turn breakdowns
Performance at scale (e.g., thousands of concurrent calls)into actionable product requirements
Partner with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams in strategic engagements and demos
Product Delivery and Execution
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through delivery and iteration
Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, and architecture teams to build agentic testing/monitoring features
Drive backlog prioritization
Go-to-Market and Enablement
Enable sales and marketing teams with clear positioning
Support product launches, demos, and customer-facing narratives
Partner with enablement teams to ensure adoption of new AI capabilities
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of product management experience, ideally in AI, developer platforms, or SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI and/or CCaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, prompt orchestration, and agent workflows preferred
- Experience with testing frameworks, QA systems, or developer tooling preferred
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
