Role Purpose:

A role responsible for leading digital products and innovation processes within the Egged Group, combining user experience, technology, service, and business objectives.

Job Description:

• End-to-end product management for the EGG application, including feature definition, UX, roadmap leadership, collaboration with development, UX, data, customer service, and marketing teams, and continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Responsibility for managing and developing the Egged Group’s websites (information and service sites), including performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and user experience improvements.
• Leading AI projects within customer service operations – implementing artificial intelligence solutions in call centers and WhatsApp channels, including service automation, conversational experience optimization, and operational process efficiency.
• Ongoing collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including IT, digital, customer service, external vendors, and senior management.
• Analyzing data and usage metrics to support data-driven decision-making and improve business and operational performance.
• Leading digital innovation initiatives and enhancing customer experience across all digital assets of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product marketing management roles.
• Experience managing applications/products.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and product strategy.
• Technological understanding and ability to work closely with development teams.
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools.
