Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the account management team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in account management, janitorial, and facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, with a focus on janitorial and facilities management services.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with account management software and tools.
