Juliet area — a bustling commercial logistics warehouse and shipping facility, as well as a prestigious private education school — with an additional account expected to be added in the near future.
Janitorial Account Manager
- Pay: Competitive Salary + Monthly Car Allowance

Janitorial Account Manager: What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our frontline heroes, ensuring world-class service while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead with Impact: Direct daily operations for 11 dedicated employees across multiple shifts.
- Drive Excellence: Conduct site walk-throughs and quality audits to ensure our standards as a top Facilities Coordinator exceed client expectations.
- Coach and Develop: Upskill supervisors and move the needle from "how we used to do it" to "how we win today."
- Master the Metrics: Manage KPIs, labor tracking, and supply ordering with precision.
- Strategic Growth: Seamlessly integrate a third account into your portfolio as we expand.
- Experience: 2–5 years leading teams in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments.
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital payroll/reporting systems.
- Leadership: A proven track record of motivating diverse teams and fostering a "win-together" culture.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
