HELP DESK - TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN

**What You'll Do**
- Receive and process customer service requests
- Perform system and network password administration
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory user accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- -- Microsoft Office Suite
- -- Microsoft Operating Systems
- -- Outlook
- -- VoIP phones
- -- County-owned printers
- -- PC hardware and software
- Support software needs, including device builds using Windows deployment technologies
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for PCs, printers/scanners, signature pads, laptops, televisions, smartboards, tablets, and other peripherals
- Maintain PC inventory and assist with county PC fleet management
(Minimum Qualifications)
- Associate's degree in computer science or closely related field and at least one year of troubleshooting experience working with: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Operating Systems, Outlook, SharePoint, **OR **
- Three years of troubleshooting experience working with: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Operating Systems, Outlook, SharePoint
