- Basic understanding of computer networks (LAN)
- strong troubleshoting skills for hardware and software issues
- Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, Linux
- Knowledge in installing and configuring IT devices (printers, routers, access points, etc)
- Basic knowledge of IT Security
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good Communication skills
- Willing to work underpressure and provode after hours support when needed
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak
- Menangani troubleshoting terkait masalah IT (komputer, jaringan, printer)
- Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada user (helpdesk support) baik langsung maupun remote
- Memastikan jaringan komputer perusahaan berjalan baik dan stabil
- Melakukan monitoring dan maintenance sistem secara berkala
- Mengelola akun-akun operasional kerja (user management)
- Melakukan backup data secara rutin dan memastikan keamanan data perusahaan
- Membantu implementasi sistem atau aplikasi baru di perusahaan
