San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote)


A leading global management consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support 3–4 Managing Directors in its San Francisco office. This is a high-visibility role within a top-tier organization known for its analytical rigor, collaborative culture, and strong performance-driven environment. This individual will act as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, proactive calendar and travel management, and high-level internal and external coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and confident operating independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $85,000
  • Performance bonus opportunity (up to ~10% individual + up to 20% company performance bonus)

  • Strong work-life balance (typical hours 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to 3–4 Managing Directors
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize competing demands
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Serve as primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and decision-making
  • Process, track, and submit expenses using Concur
  • Triage incoming requests, assess urgency, and proactively manage follow-ups
  • Maintain and update key client information and activities within Salesforce
  • Support ad hoc administrative projects and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure executives are fully prepared for all meetings and engagements


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders (preferably in consulting, legal, or professional services)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed working style
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
