The Role

At CtrlPrint we are seeking a Junior Content Marketing Manager (Internship) to join our marketing team, supporting the execution and production of content across web, social media, and campaigns.

Note that this is an unpaid internship; preference will be given to candidates available full-time and for a 6-month duration. This position is based in Stockholm, with 3 days a week at our office in Karlaplan.

This is a supporting role, assisting in bringing our content strategy to life, ensuring consistent, high-quality output that builds brand awareness, drives SEO performance, and supports demand generation. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing, you will learn how to shape the voice of CtrlPrint across multiple channels and audiences.

This is a hands-on role and a great learning opportunity to develop your skills in B2B content marketing within an international SaaS company.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be involved in an announced launch project connected to our brand - this is an exciting opportunity which will combine brand, content, product, and performance experience in one.
  • Support the execution of content & SEO/GEO strategy – Assist our Head of Marketing in the execution of SEO-driven blog posts, articles, and web content. You will also help scale our GEO.
  • Produce all-round content – Contribute to the creations of webpages, posts, simple graphics from provided templates, and short-form videos for LinkedIn, helping build our brand identity, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
  • Support demand generation campaigns – Assist in the execution of campaign assets such as blog posts, whitepapers, and visual content to support lead generation and nurturing.

What we think you bring

  • A digital marketing education and a passion for content marketing, experience welcome but not required
  • Interested in writing and strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different formats and audiences.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset — eager to learn more about SEO, brand marketing, and content strategy, following the lead of Senior Marketing Managers.
  • Hands-on skills in basic content design/video tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe suite, or similar). Willingness to learn more and follow existing Brand Identity guidelines.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
