Business Intelligence expert

COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI solutions and reports to meet business requirements
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI platforms
• Support data governance initiatives to maintain high-quality data standards
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends, BI technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Extensive experience (minimum 13 years) in Business Intelligence and data analytics
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and others
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
