Description:

We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support and strengthen Blueberry’s people operations in Manila. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees across talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, rewards, HR operations, and employee development.

You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives that improve employee experience, support business growth, and ensure our people practices continue to evolve alongside the company.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Business Partnering

• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen workplace culture and people practices
• Drive HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement across the business
• Support organisational change, restructuring, and integration initiatives
• Assist in managing employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters

Rewards, Benefits & HR Operations

• Support compensation and benefits processes alongside leadership
• Manage employee benefits, absence management, and payroll support
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and deliver monthly HR reporting dashboards
• Support employee progression and internal mobility initiatives

Employee Engagement

• Drive engagement survey participation and support action planning
• Coordinate wellbeing, culture, and engagement initiatives
• Build strong employee relationships and encourage participation across programs

Performance & Talent Development

• Support the quarterly performance check-in process
• Assist managers and employees throughout performance cycles
• Help drive talent development and learning initiatives
• Support leaders in managing development plans and performance improvement processes

Skills and Experiences:

Who We’re Hoping To Find

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline
• 6+ years of HR experience in the Philippines
• Experience across multiple HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, rewards, or talent development
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour legislation
• Experience supporting organisational or HR change initiatives
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment

Extra Points if You Have

• Experience in fintech, technology, or high-growth industries
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR analytics/reporting
• Experience supporting regional or global teams
• Passion for employee experience, culture-building, and continuous improvement
