The ideal candidate is a relationship driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, presenting innovative surface solutions, and influencing design and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, turning leads into project specifications.
- Present Caesarstone products through client meetings, showroom engagements, and industry events.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring clients have the support and resources needed to specify Caesarstone products.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow up and territory coverage.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen your professional network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of persuading/influencing others.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on architectural or design-related industries.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations, create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.
- Frequent local travel, occasionally requiring multi hour drives.
- Manual dexterity required for computer and presentation tools.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend showroom coverage as needed.
- Flexibility in schedule, including occasional overnight trips for meetings or events
- Work with top architects, designers, and builders in a key market
- Influence high profile residential and commercial projects
- Exposure to innovative surfaces and products in a fast-growing industry
