Online Shopper

Save More Marketplace is seeking an Online Shopper to join our team and help deliver a seamless online shopping experience to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling online grocery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each customer receives high-quality products with care. You will pick items from the store shelves, verify product quality, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working independently, and are passionate about providing excellent service, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pick grocery items based on online orders
• Verify product quality and freshness, substituting items when necessary according to company guidelines
• Package orders carefully to prevent damage during delivery or pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the store while picking orders
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and substitutions
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or grocery shopping experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
