Nurse Surgical Floor

• Observe, collect, and record patient data for comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and progress tracking.
• Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications safely and precisely.

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Tue, Wed; Week 2 Mon, Wed, Sat; Week 3 Sun, Thu, Fri; Week 4 Tue, Fri, Sat

Required

Job Requirements

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS within 30 days
• PALS within 1 year
• One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
• Associate's Degree in Nursing

• Recent experience in Orthopedics
