JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Superintendent will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of varying ground up Commercial Construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.

SELECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
• Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent within Ground Up Commercial Construction.
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus.
