About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the review, setup, and validation of healthcare contracts. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and project teams, learning how private insurance and government contracts are interpreted, loaded, and managed within our systems.

This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to healthcare analytics, contract operations, and client support in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing and entering contract rates and terms using Excel and internal systems
• Support contract setup, validation, and discrepancy identification
• Shadow analysts on client renewals and new implementations
• Attend team meetings and project calls to learn workflows and client interaction
• Conduct basic research on reimbursement methodologies and payer guidelines
• Help document processes, issues, and system enhancement requests
• Provide support to analysts and Account Managers on contract-related questions
• Assist with tracking production, status updates, and reporting
• Participate in quality checks to ensure accuracy of contract data
• Follow all company procedures and HIPAA compliance requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in healthcare, data analysis, or contract operations
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and ask thoughtful questions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
