We are looking for a talented and creative Design Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural designs, preparing presentations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding projects. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on innovative commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects across different regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative architectural design concepts
- Prepare architectural presentations, sketches, 3D models, and visualizations
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality design solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to support project development
- Ensure adherence to design standards, project requirements, and sustainability principles
- Contribute to design competitions, client presentations, and conceptual development
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects
- Strong conceptual and creative design skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software
- Experience in architectural visualization and rendering
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to participate in meetings outside the country if required, primarily in the Middle East and MENA region as needed.
