Early Careers Specialist

The Early Career Programs Specialist will work to assist in the training and coordination for the early career programs and campus recruitment. They work closely with Early Career Programs Manager and HR team to identify the skills and competencies needed for entry-level positions and design programs that provide training, mentorship, and career development opportunities to help early career employees succeed. They also evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make improvements as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate components of Axos Early Career Programs (including lunch & learns, newsletter, FUN Committee, mentor program, welcome packets, SharePoint Page, check in meetings, performance tracking, etc.)
- Rotation planning and execution
- Monitoring progress and relevancy of early career employee goals
- Maintain and communicate analysts’ satisfaction with early career programs
- Support recruitment full life cycle hiring process and campus recruiting
- Assist in summer internship program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience supporting internships, rotational, or campus recruiting programs
- Exposure to recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and offers
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on entry-level hiring
- Familiarity with university relations, career fairs, or campus events
- Experience using ATS or HRIS platforms
- Experience coordinating onboarding or orientation for interns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics or hiring data
- Background in HR, recruiting, or program coordination
Preferred:
- Corporate, banking, or financial services exposure a plus
- Workday ATS experience
