Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of our signature cakes and desserts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery areas.
- Support the team by managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Handle equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with packaging and presentation of finished products for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons when needed.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for baking and a positive demeanor.
- Food Handler's certification is a plus.
