What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a new engineering team - hire, mentor, and support engineers as the team scales
• Drive development of a new product that doesn’t yet exist - from idea to launch
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to set priorities and architecture
• Split your time between hands-on development and team mentoring
• Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous learning
• Help shape processes, standards, and best practices as the team evolves

Requirements:

• You’re an engineer with a strong technical experience and natural leadership skills
• Youv’e led major cross teams projects
• You’re ready to step into a leadership role
• You communicate clearly and care about helping others grow
• You enjoy solving hard problems and building things from scratch
• You’re curious, proactive, and excited to shape both product and team culture
• Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• You use AI; even for making coffee.
