The Role

The Business Manager will serve as a central catalyst for growth, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of expansion initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional efforts to maximize business performance and unlock new revenue streams. You will be responsible for leading a team that transforms complex market data into actionable product strategies, ensuring our growth remains both sustainable and aggressive.

Description

  • Lead strategic expansion initiatives to identify and shape new opportunities for market development and business growth.
  • Define and drive the execution strategy for growth directions across monetization, marketing, and economy domains.
  • Own the full business lifecycle of expansion projects, focusing on revenue, engagement, and overall success metrics.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for the operational execution of business expansion efforts.
  • Analyze player behavior and economic dynamics to identify optimization opportunities and drive product adaptations.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to translate market insights into technical features and capabilities.
  • Monitor daily business KPIs to rapidly identify trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product, Monetization, or Business roles within the gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of game economy dynamics and monetization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and R&D teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of ownership and adaptability within a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms - advantage.
