Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Own the product definition and roadmap for a team focused on integration and expansion of capabilities within a universal drone control and flight management platform
• Translate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans
• Drive structure and alignment by defining priorities, breaking down features into epics and actionable tasks and ensuring end-to-end delivery
• Work closely with engineering, algorithms and flight control teams across software and system-level development
• Engage directly with customers in Israel and globally to shape both near-term delivery and future product direction

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products
• Strong analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to define direction, set priorities and drive execution
• Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D and operation teams on technical and system-level products
• Experience or familiarity with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and flight control or software-intensive systems - advantage
