About The Role
We are looking for an to join our team and support our day-to-day operational activities across procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and R&D lab needs.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hardware startup environment, with a mix of warehouse management, supplier follow-up, procurement support, international logistics, and inventory control.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full procurement process. From order placement to delivery
- Conduct supplier evaluations, price comparisons, and prioritize orders based on project needs
- Ensure availability of critical components and coordinate payments and approvals
- Streamline procurement and logistics processes to reduce lead times
- Oversee inventory tracking in ERP systems and physical storage
- Build and maintain structured processes for order intake, tracking, and usage planning
- Maintain and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all company products
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors (domestic and international)
- Monitor production schedules, shipment timelines, and delivery performance
- Supervise import/export logistics, including customs and shipping follow-up
- Support the R&D lab with component and equipment management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement and inventory management in hardware/electronics/manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of BOMs and technology supply chains
- Experience working with international suppliers and subcontractors (advantage)
- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Hands-on experience with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Priority), and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience in supply chain optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Background in hardware startup environments
