Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, and we're looking for a Backend Engineer to help us create seamless experiences, develop robust new features, and ensure top-tier products and services.
Requirements
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript best practices
- Experience in at least one other server-side language
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience in designing systems for scalability
- Proven expertise in optimizing systems for large transaction volumes
- Ability to communicate complex ideas easily
- Experience in SaaS products running 24/7 on major cloud vendors
- Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS
- Understanding of the Fintech Industry and its unique challenges
