Product Manager

RealPlay is a high-growth startup redefining social casino gaming for the US market. We’re looking for a Product Manager with a Builder-mindset - a high-velocity executor who harnesses the power of agentic AI to amplify product impact, cutting through complexity with technical depth and data-driven precision to move the needle at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Monetization & MVP Execution: Design high-impact monetization features with a sharp focus on UX and business value. Prioritize "must-haves" to launch lean MVPs, generate rapid signals, and iterate based on strategic insights to maximize LTV.
• Market Intelligence & Innovation: Continuously research market trends and competitor landscapes to identify "out-of-the-box" opportunities. Translate these insights into innovative product features that drive significant business impact and competitive advantage.
• AI-Agentic Lifecycle: Harness AI agents and LLMs (e.g., Claude Code) to automate discovery and design workflows, generating high-fidelity technical specs, PRDs, and rapid prototypes.
• Technical Logic & Architecture: Own the "under the hood" product logic, including complex backend flows, system behaviors, and data structures.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge business goals with technical execution through precise, asynchronous communication, ensuring alignment across R&D, Art, Economy, and Data teams.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Own core KPIs (Retention, Engagement & Conversion) by independently analyzing massive B2C datasets to validate hypotheses and optimize the product’s growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2C sector - Must.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Social Casino or Real Money Gaming sectors - Significant Advantage.
• AI Mastery (Hands-on Evidence): Demonstrated ability to harness agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or custom agents) to enhance workflows during Product Discovery and Design significantly - Must.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to independently read/interpret technical documentation (APIs, System Architecture) and define complex backend logic - Must.
• Monetization Instinct: Proven track record of launching lean, UX-driven monetization features and iterating based on market signals - Must.
• Communication: Exceptional English (verbal and written) with a focus on structured, precise, and concise documentation.
