THE ROLE
- Own and build the marketing function across brand, demand generation, and GTM execution
- Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates complex solutions to commercial buyers
- Partner closely with Sales and leadership to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Build scalable acquisition and content strategies targeting financial services audiences
- Establish reporting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
- Help shape the long-term commercial narrative of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy
- Drive inbound pipeline generation and campaign performance
- Refine brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation
- Create targeted campaigns for technical and commercial decision-makers
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Oversee content strategy including thought leadership, customer stories, and product marketing
- Manage marketing analytics, reporting, and optimisation
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading marketing within SaaS, fintech, B2B technology, or regulated industries
- Strong background in demand generation and pipeline-focused marketing
- Experience marketing complex or technical products to commercial buyers
- Comfortable operating in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, and GTM execution
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
