The role
This is a high-impact sales development position at the front line of commercial expansion.
You’ll own outbound pipeline generation, support inbound qualification, and help shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-scaling AI environment.
This is a foundational role with clear progression into Account Executive or broader commercial leadership paths.
What they’re looking for:
- 1+ year in sales development or outbound B2B sales
- Strong communicator with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Resilient, proactive, and highly execution-focused
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environments
- Strong CRM and outbound tooling experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Nav)
- Interest in healthcare, SaaS, or AI (strong plus)
- Must be happy working in-person in Manhattan, 5 days per week
