Project Management and Planning Operations Sr Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Proficient in complex problem solving requiring multidisciplinary thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Lead the end to end development of proposals, including scope definition, technical approach, and cost narrative.
• Update BOE models that capture labor, material, and non labor estimates for Weapons Secure and Infrastructure & Capabilities (WSIC) projects.
• Validate assumptions, incorporate risk/contingency, and produce supporting documentation required for contract award.
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Weapons Secure and Infrastructure & Capabilities (WSIC) projects within area of assigned responsibility

• Experience in proposal development for sustainment and/or LE2 CLINs
• Experience with genBOE Tool or proposal development
• Experience with presenting data to SR management and stakeholders
• Active DoD security clearance
