About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital assets across our channels - from e-commerce and CRM to campaigns and social media. This is a hands-on, production-heavy role where speed, precision, and a strong eye for detail are key. You will also create print and digital material for events, fairs, and press-related activities, ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce, and brand to ensure that everything we create is consistent, on-brand, and built to perform. You’ll balance creativity with structure, working within brand guidelines while continuously finding ways to improve how we create, adapt, and scale content.

This is a high-output role where you’ll create and adapt assets daily across multiple markets and channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality assets with strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for production across all channels
• Develop print and digital material for events, fairs, and PR
• Retouch imagery to a high and consistent standard
• Edit video content and create motion assets for social and marketing use
• Support content creation, photoshoots, and campaign production when needed
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven output
• Explore and apply AI tools for image creation and design to enhance creative output and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• Formal design education or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders – confident in your ability to explain ideas clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders
• Curiosity for AI tools and new ways of working (a strong plus if included in portfolio)
• A strong passion for interior design
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience from a fast-paced, production-heavy international e-commerce environment is a strong plus
• Experience using AI tools for image creation and design is a strong plus (please include examples in your portfolio)
• Experience from campaign production or photoshoots
