About the role

We have multiple Account Managers roles available due to new growth. The Account Managers support client delivery and implementation planning across offline and digital media channels, representing agency briefs and values. It delivers services and products that drive marketing‑led growth for clients by translating strategy into practical implementation and inspiring others to do the same.


What you will do with us:

  • Support proactive, long‑term client relationships by anticipating needs and providing timely, accurate responses
  • Ensure clients are informed of relevant media industry topics that may impact their business
  • Proactively drive day‑to‑day client relationships and maintain strong working partnerships
  • Represent the agency professionally at all times, reinforcing positioning, beliefs and values
  • Build constructive relationships with clients, media owners and internal team members
  • Prepare implementation planning responses that reflect client business objectives and the offline and digital media environment
  • Apply relevant tools to interrogate briefs and translate requirements into effective integrated implementation recommendations
  • Deliver evidence‑based planning responses using data and past campaign learnings
  • Consider all relevant offline and digital opportunities when developing integrated implementation strategies and planning solutions
  • Prepare all relevant media owner briefs in line with campaign requirements
  • Track key business, campaign, and media metrics to support optimisation and performance conversations


What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within a media agency or in a marketing related industry (e.g. in house marketing team, advertising ,or a related industry with transferable skills (e.g. research, analytics)
  • A proven ability to work across enterprise level clients
  • Deep curiosity about people, culture and behaviour
  • Experience is cross-channel planning across integrated teams
  • The confidence to challenge clients and teams constructively - and the credibility to bring them with you
  • Experience managing teams of 2 or more
