Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Account Manager to support our service delivery and account management efforts across Australia, with specific focus on the VIC, SA and WA markets.
You will be an integral member of a high performing Sales and AM Team, delivering exceptional customer service and actively contributing to our growth trajectory in market.
We are seeking a candidate with strong execution skills as well as expertise in client relationship management. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional post-sales support. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing comprehensive training, and fostering strong customer relationships.
You will ensure that clients are seamlessly integrated into our technology solution, understand its full potential, and are advocates of Veridooh. Your role will involve maintaining high client retention and promoting strong usage of our product suite. Additionally, you will drive the upsell of new products by demonstrating their value and aligning them with the clients' evolving needs.
In this key role, the ideal candidate will be adaptable across multiple tasks and eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Client and User Onboarding: Work alongside our Sales Team to guide new users and clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with our technology solution. Conduct training sessions to help them get started.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or questions they may have. Ensure they are maximizing the value of our product and services
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly check in to ensure their needs are being met and they are satisfied with our solution.
- Process and Technology Knowledge: Leverage your deep understanding of our internal processes and technology to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Client Advocacy: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Advocate for client needs within the company to enhance our product and service offerings.
- Product Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services by understanding clients' evolving needs and demonstrating how our new solutions can provide further value.

What you’ll bring
- Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional post-sales support.
- Media Industry Exposure: Experience working with or in media agencies, Out-of-home, and/or adtech experience is an additional bonus!
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our product. Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and advocate for their success.
- Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of internal processes and the ability to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our new market operations.
