Tasks

• Coordination and steering of global tender‑related activities
• Continuous improvement and automation of pricing processes and tools, incl. AI‑supported solutions
• Calculation of prices for all regular business requests (incl. tenders) and alignment with t:m sales units
• Conducting price simulations for regular adjustment rounds (e.g., annual increases, flight plan changes)
• Creation of calculators to support global Customer Service units
• Identification of price erosion areas and implementation of countermeasures
• Price data maintenance
• Ensure competitive, market‑oriented pricing for tenders and regular business
• Ensure profitability of t:m products and services with Key Account Manager and Operational Key Account Manager

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Independent, solution‑oriented work attitude with fast apprehension
• Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix setup
• Excellent intercultural skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong competency with Microsoft Excel
• Good data analytics skills, ideally with Microsoft Power BI
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global Sales, OKAMs, Network & Product Management, Customer Service, and BI/Analytics teams
