Regional Brand Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Regional Brand Manager This regional role focuses on adapting regional brand strategy into locally relevant executions, working closely with regional stakeholders, distributors, and agency partners across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional brand planning and operational deployment across regional markets
- Drive 360 launch strategy and campaign execution across retail, media, ATL and BTL touchpoints
- Partner with local markets, distributors and internal teams to ensure launch readiness and execution excellence
- Manage A&P planning, launch phasing, forecasting and post-launch performance reviews
- Work closely with Sales on retailer presentations, trade programmes and key account initiatives
- Analyse market performance, pricing, consumer engagement and campaign effectiveness to identify optimisation opportunities
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the FMCG space.
- Strong operational marketing experience with proven 360 launch exposure
- Experience managing A&P budgets, forecasting and regional brand plans
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder management skills across global, regional and local teams
- SEA market and distributor management experience will be highly advantageous
