Marketing Associate

Activest Wealth Management is seeking a bilingual, organized, and AI-fluent Marketing

Associate. This role executes Activest's marketing operations, supports prospect and

investor communications, and coordinates with PR third parties and our AI infrastructure

to grow our presence with current and prospective Latin American families. The position

requires excellent bilingual writing, comfort using AI tools as a force multiplier, sharp

attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. We

Main responsibilities:

• Marketing & Content Coordination

○ Maintain a 30+ day rolling content calendar across LinkedIn, email, and other

channels.

○ Draft, edit, and schedule communications using AI tools and brand voice

frameworks.

○ Coordinate with our PR agency on bylines, media placements, and awards.

○ Manage Activest's company page and support partner-level accounts.

• Email Communications

○ Manage email communications through Mailchimp, including segmentation,

sends, and performance tracking.

○ Coordinate the Mailchimp database cleanup and ongoing audience management

across multiple ICPs.

• LinkedIn Execution

○ Execute LinkedIn content across the Activest company page and key employees of

the firm.

○ Track engagement metrics and adjust cadence and content based on what is

working.

• Prospect & Client Communications

○ Support partners on prospect communications, follow-ups, and relationship

maintenance.

○ Draft personalized follow-ups for events, dinners, and referrals — bilingual when

needed.

○ Coordinate client testimonials under SEC-compliant guidelines.

• Compliance & Routing

○ Route content through compliance review per established workflow.

○ Maintain audit trail of client-facing communications per SEC requirements.

• Events & CRM

○ Manage logistics for investor dinners, sponsorships, and Activest-hosted events.

○ Maintain CRM hygiene and audience segmentation across multiple ICPs.

○ Coordinate the Mailchimp database cleanup and ongoing audience

management.

• Reporting

○ Track engagement metrics and report on what is working and what is not.

○ Communicate clearly with Advisory teams, the PR partner, and the senior

partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.

Master's a plus.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, investor relations, or client

services.

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA, or family office settings.

• Native or fully fluent in English AND Spanish — both written and spoken.

• AI-fluent. Comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools as a force multiplier.

• Strong written communication. Drafts that don't require extensive editing.

• Highly organized. Maintains calendars, tracks submissions, never lets things slip.

• Comfortable in a small-team, high-trust environment where roles overlap.

• Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida. This is an in-office role in Aventura.

• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Wealthbox, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Buffer, Taplio, or similar tools.

• Event coordination experience or prior C-suite support.

• Base salary from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus performance

bonus and Business Development-tied commission.
