Project Manager Business Relationship Manager

. We are seeking a Project Manager - Business Relationship Manager (PM-BRM) to lead, manage, and administer multiple programs and projects within our Information Technology department. As a PM-BRM, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will collaborate with various departments and teams both within and outside of the organization to ensure projects run smoothly and adhere to program objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary interface and point of contact for program/project issues, possessing a complementary mix of technical, organizational, communication, and managerial skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing business relationships critical to the success of these programs. Your role will involve managing stakeholder expectations, planning, monitoring and analyzing project performance, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders to optimize these programs. The main objective for this position is to manage successful projects that deliver positive results for the company while maintaining and strengthening business relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve common issues

· Collaborate with company leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute new features and enhancements to the projects.

· Work in partnership with technical resources to plan and maintain project timelines and deliverables

· Organize and coordinate inter-connected projects between multiple departments

· Ensure proper functionality of projects as designed

· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

· Identify blockers and risks and implement mitigation strategies

· Analyze project performance and collaborate with counterparts to employ process improvements

· Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key partners and clients

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders

· Create detailed project documentation and reports

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

You’ll Need:

· Outstanding collaboration, organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills

· Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

· Strong understanding of technical components such as React, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Python, AWS, JSON, Ubuntu/Linux, and other related web development technologies

· Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion

· Strong understanding of project management principles including various methodologies not limited to Agile and Waterfall.

· Capability to mentor and lead project teams effectively

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail

· BS/BA degree in technology or business discipline

· Minimum of 10 years related experience, with experience in web development and custom-built web applications being a plus.

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office as well as standard project management software
