- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience collaborating with executive sales, sales operations, or executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience executing strategies to deliver solutions in a global or international environment.
- Understanding of the quote-to-cash (Q2C) process, cloud technologies, and the enterprise market landscape.
- Ability to balance internal and external factors when identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and land cross-functional initiatives that improve velocity, business, and productivity.
- Lead the operationalization of new programs, product offerings, or process improvements to support the growth of the Google Cloud business.
- Source and analyze agreement execution metrics to provide executive leadership with recommendations and insights into the business.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams, to influence prioritization and drive results.
- Manage ad hoc projects and studies, ensuring all deliverables meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
