This role will support the day-to-day delivery of Jet2’s organic social, influencer and creator activity, helping bring Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and our sub-brands to life through engaging, social-first content. You’ll work closely with Social Media, Brand, Paid Media, Partnerships, PR and Commercial teams to support organic social planning, creative development, influencer campaigns and third-party partner activity, including Tourist Boards and Hotel Partners.

- Organic Social & Content Support: Support the planning and delivery of organic social activity across Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and sub-brand channels, including social media creative, campaign content, partnerships and creator-led activity.
- Influencer Campaign Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of influencer and creator campaigns, including creator sourcing, casting, briefing, contracting, content approvals and campaign delivery.
- Talent & Partner Management: Liaise with creators, agents, talent partners, Tourist Boards, Hotel Partners and internal stakeholders to manage outreach, deliverables, timelines, feedback and approvals.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign delivery, content performance and key outputs, supporting post-campaign analysis, reporting and learnings across organic and influencer activity.
- Paid Social & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the paid social team to support paid partnership ads, whitelisting and amplification of creator content, while keeping up to date with social trends, creator talent and platform changes.
- Social Media & Influencer Experience: Experience supporting organic social, influencer, creator or talent-led campaigns, with a strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and audience behaviours.
- Content Judgement & Creativity: Good eye for social-first content, brand fit and tone of voice, with an understanding of what makes content engaging and platform-native.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Confident working with creators, agents, internal teams and external partners, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisation & Delivery: Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and approvals at once, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Desirable Skills: Experience using influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, social media management tools such as Sprinklr, or previous experience within travel, retail or fast-paced consumer brands.
