(Junior or Intermediate) Field Technician

We are currently seeking an individual as a Junior Field Technician to contribute to our projects. Responsibilities

• Learn core technical tasks related to fieldwork, including taking photos, recording notes, and capturing accurate measurements
• Gain proficiency with field tools and equipment such as IKE devices, calipers, and rangefinders.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
• Strict adherence to all corporate and client-mandated safetyprotocols and PPE requirements.
• Begin to understand and apply the ES43 standard in daily fieldtasks.
• Propose basic field solutions, such as staking new poles or suggesting anchor installations to resolve site challenges.
• Develop and apply problem-solving strategies during fieldwork; seek guidance when necessary.
• Demonstrate independent decision-making within defined parameters.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers/homeowners to ensure shared understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams for reporting and project communications.
• Accept and apply feedback from supervisors to promote learning and skill development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic understanding of technical fieldwork processes.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Previous experience in a field-related or outdoor technical role.
• Competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plot plans.
• Familiarity with field tools such as calipers, rangefinders, or IKE devices.
• A diploma or coursework in an engineering or technical program.
