WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Sr. Product Development Manager: $112,000 - $151,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Director Product Development: $138,500 - $187,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Product Launch Management: Oversee the successful launch of new insurance products and business capabilities, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and standards.
- Operational Coordination: Bridge the gap between product development and operational delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation.
- Timeline Management: Manage project timelines to ensure that all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across various teams to ensure that all necessary personnel and materials are available for successful implementation.
- Annuity Operating Model: Oversee operational and compliance-based processes relating to the annuity product line.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field within the insurance industry is required.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including product development and operational processes, is essential.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate collaboration.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may arise during implementation.
- Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or a related field.
