We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Web Developer to take ownership of the development, optimisation, and performance of our digital presence. You will combine deep Webflow and Wix expertise with a strong understanding of user journeys, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation to continuously improve how our websites perform.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimisation, custom code within Webflow, and structured data (schema) for enhanced SEO.
- Experience with API integrations and compliance-led tracking.
- Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity.
- Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with CMS workflows, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and own web projects end-to-end.
