  • Build an honest operating plan across two business lines — legacy subscription and emerging next-gen reseller
  • Get the metrics right: CAC, churn, LTV, margin by product line, on a dashboard, reviewed weekly
  • Fix the bundling and usage gaps compressing margin
  • Build the enterprise growth strategy through partnerships and creative distribution
  • Work closely with the founder — her institutional knowledge is one of your greatest assets
  • Evaluate the managed services opportunity and, if the answer is yes, build the plan


Who you are

You've run a subscription business with both consumer and SMB/enterprise components. You're data-driven in the way that actually matters — insistent on having the right dashboards, not just reading them. You've worked in telecom, connectivity, VAR, or ecommerce. You have high EQ and earn trust by listening before acting. You operate with a framework — EOS, OKRs, something — because you know strategy without structure is just a document.

A change agent who comes in swinging will fail here. The team is tight-knit and has been around a long time. That's not a warning — it's useful information.
