Axiom is hiring a Head of Sales to define and lead the global go-to-market strategy for a fast-scaling, enterprise infrastructure platform operating at the intersection of financial markets and digital assets.


This is a senior executive leadership role with full ownership of global revenue performance, commercial strategy, and sales organisation build-out. The mandate is clear: drive ARR growth, introduce operational rigour, and scale a high-performing global sales engine.


For a commercial leader who has successfully built and scaled enterprise revenue in SaaS or financial infrastructure, this is a high-impact opportunity with genuine ownership and influence.

The business has developed secure, institutional-grade infrastructure used by global financial institutions and sophisticated market participants across digital markets.


Now part of a well-capitalised and regulated financial ecosystem, the company is entering a new phase of commercial expansion following strong product-market fit and accelerating enterprise demand.


The focus is now execution at scale: building a disciplined, data-driven global sales function capable of delivering predictable ARR growth.


The Role

As Head of Sales, you will own and lead global revenue strategy across regions, client segments, and institutional markets.


This is not a regional leadership role. You will act as the architect of the global commercial function, responsible for scaling ARR, building teams, and implementing the systems and processes required to support sustained growth.


You will:

  • Define and execute global sales strategy across key markets and institutional segments.
  • Own ARR growth, revenue targets, and overall global sales performance.
  • Build and scale high-performing regional sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Design and implement structured sales processes including segmentation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Introduce AI-driven sales systems and automation to improve efficiency, conversion, and data-led decision making.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from strategic engagement through negotiation and close.
  • Establish senior executive relationships with institutional clients and partners globally.
  • Drive predictable revenue through disciplined, metrics-driven execution.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and leadership to align commercial strategy with product direction.


Experience Required

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, including senior leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of scaling ARR in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience building and leading global sales organisations in high-growth settings.
  • Strong background selling complex, high-value enterprise software or financial solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales strategy, not just execute within one.
  • Experience embedding AI tools or data-driven systems into the sales process to enhance performance.
  • Consistent success closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of institutional workflows across financial services, capital markets, or digital assets.


Digital asset experience is beneficial but not essential. The priority is a world-class sales leader with a proven ability to build, scale, and optimise enterprise revenue functions.
