What You'll Do
- Own IT support for 38+ Northstar club instances — the ERP that runs our entire operation.
- Support Enterfusion POS systems: hardware, software, integrations, and configuration.
- Be the technical connector between club operations and our enterprise tools (Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, HotSchedules, Craftable, MaintainX, DocuSign).
- Manage club technology onboarding as we continue to grow our portfolio.
- Build relationships with GMs and club leadership — proactively solving problems before they impact members.
- Travel to club properties (~25%) to provide hands-on support, training, and system rollouts.
- 5+ years in IT support with multi-site or hospitality environment experience.
- ERP or POS platform support experience — Northstar knowledge is a major differentiator.
- Comfortable with integration concepts: FTP/SFTP transfers, SaaS ecosystems, and API environments.
- A natural relationship builder who communicates well with non-technical people.
- Willing and able to travel ~25% across our club portfolio.
