As a member of the Customer Success team, design, execute, and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions for clients. Responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies. Work with large datasets, build relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in solving complex business problems through data and analytics, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve understanding client businesses, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management. Communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and execute roadmaps that drive business outcomes. Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner providing thought leadership and strategic guidance. Leverage the global delivery model by working with cross-cultural teams. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Associates based in the US. Solve complex business problems using conventional and advanced analytics techniques, utilizing new data sources. Proactively identify business development opportunities within existing client engagements. Position is fixed location based in Chicago, IL office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. 25% domestic travel may be required for client meetings or team collaboration. **Job Requirements:** Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in Data Engineering. Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): -

Data Engineering and Data Visualizations using SQL, Python, R, and
